Finding your ideal dose depends on the delivery method you use as well as other factors such as your individual tolerance, body weight and metabolism. An ideal dose can be found through experience, but you can use simple calculations to find a target range. Once you have gained more experience you will be able to gauge your ideal dose more appropriately.

Biphasic = Two phases

Cannabis compounds have biphasic properties. As the dose increases, the effects do not necessarily improve. Conversely, higher doses can produce opposite effects. Less is more.
